Stress Awareness Month
Stress may be crippling, and it can exacerbate or cause health issues. Furthermore, as stress is a natural part of life and affects everyone, it’s critical that we arm ourselves with knowledge to detect stress when it rears its ugly head. (It’s amazing how often we are unaware that it’s occurring to us.) Every April is Stress Awareness Month. It’s critical to acquire coping mechanisms for dealing with this specific silent epidemic. For that, you’ve come to the perfect spot. Now let’s get going!
